Composer, guitarist, intermedia artist and educator.

Works in collaboration with various artists in projects involving music, extended arts and urban intervention. Professor at the Center for Cultures, Languages and Applied Technologies at Federal University of Reconcavo Baiano (CECULT – UFRB), where he coordinates a research project on Human and Worldly Rhythms (Ritmos Humanos e Mundanos). He also coordinates the R.A.S.T.A project (Radio, Arte Sonora e Tecnologias de Áudio [Radio, Sound Art and Audio Technology]) and is part of the research group MAS (Metodologias Anárquicas e Sensoriais [Anarchic and Sensorial Methodologies]) at the same institution.

Some recent works include: a chapter in the book Teoria e Prática do Compor IV (Theory and Practice of Composing IV, org. Paulo Costa Lima); participation in the project of graphic notation and serigraphy Tiragem Experimento Zero (book and disc); Entomúsica, a research on the possibility of making music with/for insects (presented in CIPS: International Conference Powers of Sound, 06/2019). Artistic research on rhythms and places represented by maps, scores and calendars,  presented at VI REA (Reunião Equatorial de Antropologia – Equatorial Antropology Meeting, 12/2019). Lecture about rhythmanalysis of musical venues in Salvador-Bahia(Brazil), at BEAM – Humboldt University, Berlin.

Plays electric guitar in the bands Funfun Dúdú and Beto Júnior.
