“Necropolítica” [Necropolitics]: named after the concept proposed by Camaronese scholar Achille Mbembe, this piece is composed by sounds of an interview of former Culture Secretary of Brazilian Government, in which she makes mockeries about the deaths of corona crisis and minimized torture during miliatry dictatorship.
